Implemented caching, queue, and job processing to improve performance. Contributed to the development of the Gemah Ripah Indonesia platform, including secure video streaming, real-time collaborative forms using WebSocket, and insurance proposal generation for agents. Also developed features such as video gallery, product catalog, and income projection tools. Currently developing a Customer Loyalty Program web app with point-based rewards, e-commerce features (product & transaction management), multi-role access (admin & vendor), approval workflows, and reporting.
